These Terms & Conditions govern the use of software, websites, applications, support services and other technology services provided by YES TECHNOS. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
1. Services
YES TECHNOS provides customised software development, ERP, billing, inventory, web, mobile, POS, barcode, reporting, integration, hosting and related technology services. The exact scope of a project will be based on the quotation, proposal, work order or other written agreement applicable to that project.
2. Project Scope & Changes
Features, integrations, reports and deliverables are based on the agreed project scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional development time and charges. Changes should be communicated and approved in writing wherever practical.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, user, product, tax and other information required for implementation.
- Provide timely access, approvals and feedback needed for development and deployment.
- Maintain appropriate backups and authorised access to business data.
- Use the software in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payments
Project fees, subscription charges, support fees and payment milestones will be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement. Delays in payment may affect deployment, support or continuation of services.
5. Software & Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of source code, customised modules, third-party components, designs and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable commercial agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.
6. Data & Security
YES TECHNOS will use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the services provided. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, authorised users and suitable backups. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely free from security risks.
7. Third-Party Services
Some solutions may use third-party services such as SMS, WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, maps, email services or other integrations. Availability, pricing and terms of those services may be controlled by the respective third-party provider.
8. Support & Maintenance
Support and maintenance will be provided according to the applicable support plan or commercial agreement. New features, major customisations and changes requested by the client may be treated as separate development work.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YES TECHNOS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use a service. Any specific liability limits or remedies will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service or project according to the applicable agreement. Outstanding fees and obligations accrued before termination remain payable.
11. Updates to These Terms
YES TECHNOS may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website will indicate the current effective date.
